To create consistent, low-pressure social opportunities for neurodivergent children through peer relationships, while giving neurotypical kids a meaningful way to serve and connect.

Let's define these terms, first: "Neurotypical" refers to persons whose cognitive functioning aligns with societal norms (in plain language, it is what the world considers "normal"; persons who don't depend much on resources to get them through their day), while "neurodivergent" describes those whose neurological differences affect how they think and process information, relying on others to help them with more supports to push through the day.

Coming to the why in pairing them: Neurodivergent kids are often socially isolated due to communication differences and limited peer access.

Neurotypical kids can naturally help bridge this gap by initiating play and modeling peer interaction in a way that feels more natural than adult-led settings.

All events are FREE, simple and predictable. They are play-based, and sensory-considerate with activities such as crafts, games, park meet-ups, or masjid-based activities.

If you have, suggestion- please do not hesitate to let us know. We are always looking for fun ideas to engage all parties.

Rays of Rahma will host regular group events. Outside of these events, families are encouraged—but not required—to arrange additional meetups if mutually comfortable. Remember, we want to bring families together, not just 2 friends, not just for one season, but for life, a relationship you will cherish.

Yes. The goal is meaningful social exposure and positive interaction. We want families to form a bond like your current friendships. Parents, imagine you and your best friend, and your kids playing with theirs. This is what this is.
